Sustainable, fair, healthy?
Sustainable, fair, healthy? What do game devs want the industry to be like?
Sure, everyone knows that indie game devs produce creative, daring, challenging works. But what about work, singular? As in: their working conditions? This interactive panel discussion invites game devs to critically discuss how they actually work together, how they would LIKE to work together, and what to do when there's a delta between those two things.
Because, as it turns out: indie game development is hard enough as it is, so let's not make it worse for one another. That's why we want to share best practices on how to overcome difficult working conditions, and we want to learn from one another how to create healthy and sustainable team dynamics.
